Shelf life

Passives do not expire on a calendar. Moisture-sensitive reels do. The bag is the record. A broken seal is a broken lot.

An intact dry bag stays sellable. After a cut, that cut is packed with a fresh dryness note and the rest of the reel is resealed the same hour.
